Students have supported access to a range of leisure, fitness and wellbeing opportunities whilst continually growing their indpendence through their individual and unique plans.

Community Activities

Future Routes gives students the ability to access their community with the support that is right for them. Community access is vital for positive adulthood experiences. The course gives students the opportunity to find and access their community with ever growing independence.

Independence

Every student develops their independence at a speed which is right for them. The course structures independence as an ever growing positive.
