The Lion Works Schools is staffed by a small team of dedicated and flexible professionals. If we are looking to expand that team then application forms, job descriptions and person specifications will be available below.

We are a great place to work, but we are probably not an easy place to work. Our days can be tiring and we work collaboratively to support each other to be the best educators we can, but we are confident that it's worth it! If you are looking for an easy job, our jobs aren't right for you.

 

There are also some small perks to working with us, such as; weekly staff sports league, confectionery Friday (the staffroom is filled with confectionery), free lunch every day, staff wellbeing champion on hand, good remuneration, career development opportunities.
